SHIPPING POLICY

Orders typically undergo processing and shipment within 2-3 business days from our warehouse.

Flat rate shipping cost is $9.95 USD for all orders under $100 USD. Orders totaling $100 USD or more qualify for free shipping.

Kindly note that weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. Upon shipment, you'll receive an email containing tracking information. Please be advised that order cancellations or modifications are not permitted once the order has been placed. Additionally, regarding shipping days, Shipping days are defined as 24-hour periods. If an order is submitted on Monday prior to 12 PM ET, Tuesday will be the first business day. On the other hand, if the order is placed after 12 PM ET on Monday, Wednesday will be the first business day.

Please be aware that factors such as public holidays, severe weather, or courier errors may cause delays beyond our control. While we are committed to assisting in resolving any issues that arise, we cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed during transit.

Once your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email at the provided email address, confirming shipment and containing the tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status of your order.

Please note that carriers may occasionally mark an order as delivered 2 - 3 days prior to actual delivery. We recommend checking with household members and neighbors to ensure someone accepted the package on your behalf. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping and delivery address is provided. Ephes may be unable to reimburse for packages sent to an incorrect address.

Upon completion of the investigation, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to an incorrect address, we will replace your items if they are still in stock. If replacements are unavailable, we will issue a refund for your order and any associated shipping costs. However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, regrettably, we cannot provide a refund.

For most destinations, all required taxes are already included into our prices, so you’ll see no extra charges at checkout. Occasionally, especially on higher‑value orders your local customs office may apply additional duties when the parcel arrives. These assessments are set solely by the destination country and fall outside Ephes’ control, so we’re unable to cover them on your behalf. If no taxes appear during checkout and you think your region might still levy duties, please reach out to our team before finalising your purchase.
